The aim of this article is to elaborate an analysis of the factors that, according to our hypothesis, have been decisive in the fact that, after democracy was established, women continued to be underrated as lyric authors, subordinate to an editorial system where male poets prevailed. Despite the social development and the rights acquired within the democratic system, female poets were still not as visible as male ones. The consequence is a lack of female names among the great works of the 80's and the 90's.Downloads
