What's the spanish language for an american writer of the XVII century? The following essay aims to interrogate some of the relations stablished with the spanish language in estethics, and particularly the american baroque of the XVII century. It also pretends to interrogate how this relations create a tradition for the latinamerican writer, considering the form -not only estethic (baroque form), but also ethical (ars inveniendi) – which arise after these experiences.
