This article describes violence experienced by girls, children and adolescents who perform child domestic work in third party households in the City of San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas. The article contrasts child labor experiences with other modalities of this type of labor in which these subjects combine their time with access of education. The research applied a qualitative methodology. It observed the renovation of discriminatory of the oligarchy and the local middle classes, groups who choose to reinforce surveillance, punishment, and repression apparatus within the domestic order.
