La modalización imaginativa y el conceptismo estrófico de Perito en lunas?

Abstract

Perito en lunas (1933), Miguel Hernández’s first book, has always surprised the critics because of its difference with the later poetry of the poet. We expect –with our study– to demonstrate that there are two main characteristics which are in the foundation of this distancing: the type of metaphoric construction, heir to baroque conceptism but limited to each stanza and, as a consequence, the lack of lyric introspection: that is reflected in the communicative structure of the poems, and we have called it imaginative modalization. Perito en lunas (1933), el primer libro del poeta Miguel Hernández, siempre ha sorprendido a la crítica por su diferencia con la posterior poesía hernandiana. Con nuestro estudio pretendemos demostrar que son dos las principales características que fundamentan este distanciamiento: el tipo de construcción metafórica, heredera del conceptismo barroco pero limitado a cada estrofa y, como consecuencia, la falta de introspección lírica que se refleja en la estructura comunicativa de los poemas y que hemos llamado modalización imaginativa.
